Shipping policy
UK Delivery:
We will ship to the UK delivery address entered on the site. (Please note - it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that this is up-to-date and accurate. Failed delivery due to a wrong address will be refunded MINUS the cost of economy postage)
Free Standard delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48, is included with all orders.
Orders received before 10am Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day with a 48 hour Despatch period. Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a Bank Holiday weekend when Tuesday despatch will apply.
We do not authorise that parcels be left in bins, in sheds or over the fence. Items may be left with neighbours as long as the item is signed for.
Returns:
If you wish to exchange the goods for another item, please go back online and re-purchase the items you require. The unwanted item will need to be returned and when received, you will be refunded through your original method of payment. Please return the goods purchased within 14 working days from the day you receive the goods.
We require all returned items to be sent back in the condition that they were sent with tags attached and boxes & cellophane wrappings intact.

Unclaimed Items:
If items are returned unclaimed to C & J Sales Ltd via Royal Mail, a refund will be made minus the cost of the original carriage costs.
Unwanted Goods:
If you do not require the item(s) purchased, please follow the return instructions below.
The goods will need to be returned in the original packaging, with relevant documentation to identify recipient (invoice), tagged and in perfect as-new condition. The buyer will need to send the goods to the return address stated on the invoice received with the goods. Also see below for return address. We do not pay for the returning postal costs. The goods will need to be posted via a recorded delivery with the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit.
All refunds will be subject to postal charge deductions i.e. you will receive a refund to the value of the item minus the original shipping costs.

If goods are returned due to being faulty or the wrong item has been sent in error we can offer a replacement of the goods or alternatively a full refund will be given for the item.
