Delivery:
We will ship to the delivery address entered on the site. Please note - it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that this is up-to-date and accurate. Failed delivery due to a wrong address will be refunded MINUS the cost of economy postage.
P&P:
Free economy delivery is included. Despatch is usually next day.
Delivery will be within 21 days.
Returns:
Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in a good unused / unopened condition.
In the case of the product being damaged / faulty we will refund the return P&P charges.
If the goods are simply unwanted, the buyer is responsible for the return P&P charges (we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any loss in transit) and any refund made will be MINUS the original carriage costs.
In the case of an item being returned to us because Royal Mail are unable to deliver, we will refund the cost of the item MINUS the original carriage costs.
